The heel of the insole should line up exactly with your heel. Don't wear the insoles in shoes of the wrong size.

Use them in everyday shoes without high heels — trainers, boots, flat shoes.
Get used to them gradually
In the first weeks the massage points feel quite pronounced — that's normal. If the discomfort is significant, take a 1–2 day break.
