The Healthy sleep system 4-in-1 is a cotton bedding set with anion thread woven into the fabric. The set continuously emits far-infrared rays and negative ions — according to the manufacturer, 13,160 anions per cm³. It creates a feeling of freshness, as if you were out in nature, helps you relax and shake off tiredness overnight.
Four parts of the system
- Double duvet with anions and IR radiation. Made of pure cotton with a functional filling. Two duvets of the same size: a warmer one for spring and autumn and a light one for summer. They fasten together with press studs — in winter you can use both, in summer just one.
- Latex pillows with anions. Natural materials, over 90% latex. The B-shaped design follows the natural curve of the neck and supports it during sleep; the pillow is soft and very breathable.
- Cotton bed linen. Enriched with negative ions and emits far-infrared rays. The soft, skin-friendly fabric breathes.
- Travel suitcase. Retro-style, with the WHIEDA logo and a TSA combination lock. Double rubber wheels with shock absorption roll quietly and smoothly.

Caring for the bed linen
- Hand wash at no more than 30 °C

Duvet: fabric 100% cotton (anion and IR treatment); filling — 90% polyester (fibre with anions and IR radiation), 5% chitin fibre, 5% protein-modified polyester fibre. Pillow: over 90% latex.
How to use
Make the bed
Put the cover on the duvet and the pillowcases on the pillows, and spread the sheet. No special routine is needed — the system works while you sleep.
Choose the duvet for the season
In spring and autumn use the warm one, in summer the light one. When it's cold, fasten both together with the press studs.
Pillow under the neck
Lie so that the curve of the pillow supports your neck, not just your head.
Care for it gently
Hand wash the linen at no more than 30 °C, do not bleach. Do not heat the duvet or dry it in direct sun.
