A home infrared mini-sauna with tourmaline and jade: whole-body warming while seated, with your head outside. Includes a folding chair, 2 mats and a footrest.
A good sweat, warmth right through to your bones and feeling light afterwards — that's why people go to the sauna. The Ba-Gua mini-sauna gives a similar feeling at home: you sit on a folding chair inside a soft enclosure, your body is warmed by infrared heat, and your head stays outside, above the collar. Breathing stays easy, with no heavy hot air.
Height 100 cm, width 70 cm, depth 80 cm.
Information is based on the tradition of Chinese medicine and manufacturer materials. The mini-sauna is not a medical device and does not replace diagnosis or treatment. Consult a doctor before use — especially if you have a chronic condition or take medication.
Mini-sauna (collar, infrared heating mat, tourmaline and jade, control system, remote control, mains plug), folding chair, 2 mats, footrest.
Set up the sauna on a level floor, lay down the mats and place the folding chair and footrest inside. Plug in the mains plug.
Turn on the sauna with the remote control and let it warm up according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Sit on the chair, put your feet on the footrest and fasten the collar around your neck — your head stays outside.
Adjust the heat with the remote control. If you feel dizzy or unwell, end the session immediately.
Drink some water to replace the fluid lost through sweating and let your body cool down calmly.
When set up, the sauna measures 100 × 70 × 80 cm (height × width × depth) — a corner of a room is enough.
No. Your head stays outside above the collar, so breathing is easy — there's no heavy hot air like in a steam room.
